4. Project Agreements

All services are executed based on approved designs and quotations. Project timelines may vary depending on material availability, site conditions, or client-requested modifications.

5. Payments & Fees

• Payments must be made according to the agreed quotation and payment schedule.
• An advance payment is required before project commencement.
• Advance payments are non-refundable once materials are procured.
• Delay in payments may lead to project delays.

6. Design & Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, concepts, and visualizations created by Craftify Interior remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Warranty & Maintenance

Warranty terms depend on materials and products used. Craftify Interior is not responsible for damages caused by misuse, water leakage, structural issues, or unauthorized alterations.

8. Cancellation & Termination

Clients may cancel the project before execution begins. Refund eligibility depends on design completion and material procurement status. Craftify Interior reserves the right to terminate services for non-payment or breach of agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

Craftify Interior shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from project delays, material shortages, or unforeseen site conditions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Coimbatore courts.
